"This is by far the worst insurance agent that I have had in my 27 years of having auto insurance. She added something to my insurance policy without my authorization and starting charging me for it. I went to her office to discuss and settle the issue and she got upset at me. She just continued to lie and lie to me. At the end she kicked me out of her office. I have never been treated this bad by any insurance agent in my life. IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD!!!!!!!! BEWARE OF THIS INSURANCE AGENT!!!!!!!!!!"
